When your bike is delivered, our experts will adjust your bike directly with you to ensure optimal, comfortable positioning. We'll then give you a detailed, personalized explanation so you can hit the road with confidence. Our quick-start guide allows you to extend the experience at your own pace.
Our bikes come with a 60-month limited warranty on the frame and fork, as well as a 12-month warranty on mechanical and electrical components, including parts and labor. (See UGO Cycle VAE Limited Warranty).
