Very good service, gift for my wife. First ride at Montmorency Falls. My wife enjoyed the experience, the bike fits very well. With a total weight of 45Lbs with pannier holders, motor, long-life battery, it's a much less expensive package than equivalent electric bikes.
Update after 360 km: bike is still going very well, allowing my wife to ride 3 to 5 km/h faster even with a headwind. The battery is still at 40%! Although she's riding at level 1, and especially on the flat, the range is impressive.

Just a quick note to tell you that your service was excellent, you're passionate about what you do, and it shows. I received clear and precise explanations. Everything was perfect. I've been recommending you to my friends ever since.
I find my little battery very efficient. I haven't tested the battery by riding at high assistance regularly, so it's hard for me to see how many km I could do that way. However, I can tell you that I easily do over a hundred km without recharging the battery.
It meets my needs perfectly.

They offer to install the UGO Cycle system on your bike, but I chose to buy their hybrid bike equipped with their UGO Cycle system. A 500-watt pedal motor, a 48V/12.8Ah battery (615 Wh) with a possible range of 150 km in Eco mode. An advantage I also really appreciate is that the bike weighs only 38 pounds without the battery, so I didn't need to change my bike rack.
I am very satisfied with the bike and also with the very attentive service of the whole UGO Cycle team.

I converted my road bike into an electric bike thanks to a battery from UGO Cycle. I was able to take advantage of an incredible service, a test ride of an electric bike beforehand, the installation of the battery the same day and the test ride of my converted bike. Detailed and very pertinent explanations enabled me to learn more about the use, maintenance and running-in of the battery. I then received all the explanatory documents by e-mail, including the warranty. Bravo to the entire UGO Cycle team and a big thank you.
